Type your flight number, share your booking email, or add your flights by hand if the search can't find them. No account, no sign-up. The plan is worked out on your iPhone and keeps working in airplane mode.
What the plan takes into account
- Every leg of your trip, with layovers and the time zone of each stop
- Your usual bedtime and wake-up time, whatever they are, including early risers and night owls
- Whether you can sleep on the plane, how early you leave for the airport and how long it takes to reach your hotel
- Hours when you can't follow the plan, such as work or meetings, at home or at your destination
- Short trips: if you're away for less than 2 days, the plan keeps you on home time, as the CDC's travel guidance suggests
What you get
- Today, Tomorrow and Whole trip views, with every time shown in the time zone it refers to
- Times to seek light, avoid it, sleep, nap, and have coffee or skip it, each with a plain explanation and where it comes from
- A plan from the moment you create the trip, and also after you land
- Edit anytime: a delay or a changed flight recalculates the plan, and editing is always free
- Alerts scheduled on your iPhone (iOS decides exactly when they arrive)
- Dark by default
- "When will I feel right?": estimated days to adjust, with and without the plan
- Adults traveling together each get their own plan
- Widgets, and light windows as Live Activities on the Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island and on Apple Watch
- An Apple Watch app with complications: what to do now and your next light window, even with your iPhone out of reach
- A real wake-up alarm on iOS 26, and "What should I do now?" in Siri
- Add the plan to Calendar or Reminders, or share it as an image or PDF
- Optional: your usual sleep hours and Apple Watch time in daylight, read from Apple Health on your iPhone only
Optional, when you want more
- On board: a card for each flight with your destination's clock, when to sleep, the meal, when to open or close the window shade and which side the sun comes in
- Mealtimes and exercise times, if you want them, including the early exercise time and a note for your sleep type
- Your light gear: a light box or bright lamp, light glasses, and dark or blue-blocking glasses
- If you can't be outside for hours, the light split into shorter sessions
- Clock change: a short plan for the change where you live (estimated)
- Important moments: a meeting, a race, a wedding. The plan keeps its light off them and estimates how alert you'll be
- Things you want to do: tours, dinners, the beach. Each one shows green, yellow or red depending on how it fits your plan (estimated), with a better time nearby when there is one
- A plan B for each light block: if you can't get outside in the sun, a sunny window, a very bright indoor space or your light box, each with what it would do for your clock
- Your stops: on a trip through several cities, the plan works out at each stop whether you adapt to local time or keep your previous schedule
- Your body clock now: estimated from your last 7 nights of sleep in Apple Health, give or take 2 hours
- Light you got (Apple Watch): the minutes in daylight your Apple Watch counted, and the plan recalculates with them
- Time a day to get ready before you fly: the light before your flight stays within the time you have
- Tips: a warm shower before bed at your destination, and sleeping more in the nights before you leave
- Your free time on board, for whatever you like
- NOW, in full screen: one big instruction, how long it lasts and the next change
- Protect your sleep: when the night that counts is coming, a reminder about a sleep mask, earplugs and a Focus
- "How much jet lag do you feel today?": a single 0–10 rating in your arrival diary
Your first trip is free, from start to finish. After that, Evenwake Pro gives you a plan for every trip: US$4.99 a month, US$19.99 a year, or US$39.99 once for lifetime access. Prices are in U.S. dollars; Apple shows the price in your country before you confirm.
Honest by design
Evenwake can help your body clock shift sooner, but it can't promise how you will feel: jet lag varies from person to person, and the plan is an estimate from a published mathematical model of the body clock, not a measurement of you. Read how it works, and its limits, on the Method and sources page.
Not medical advice. Check with your doctor first if you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medication. Evenwake is not for pilots or cabin crew on duty: follow your operator's fatigue rules.
